What to do if Service is buffering and or freezing? 

  1. Change channel up or down then back to your channel
  2. Run internet speed test in settings tab on your TV.
  3. Reboot your Internet modem
  4. Clear Cache

Go to the firestick settings,

then to application,

then to managed installed apps,

then to TigerTV Pro app. 

Click on clear Cache

then return to the TigerTV Pro app.
